The OECD Conference Centre provides all necessary facilities, including free Wi Fi access, computers with free Internet access, a bookshop, coffee and snack bars, and a restaurant.

Registration

REGISTRATION WILL OPEN ON 1 DECEMBER

Registration is mandatory to access the venue. To register, you will need to request a personal invitation by filling the form that will be made available from 1 December 2017.

Please note that the OECD cannot organise a visa on your behalf but can provide you with a personalised invitation letter. To find out  if you need a visa:

Financial support

No financial support is available for participants' travel to and stay in Paris.

We advise participants lacking the necessary financial resources to seek sources of funding upon registering for the forum. 

Badges

To collect your badge, when you arrive at the OECD Centre, you will need to present an identity card or passport and a copy of the email confirming your registration. Badges will be delivered at the Welcome Desk as of 8.00 am.

Given the high number of participants, you should allow a minimum of 30-45 minutes for the registration.

This conference is a paper-smart event organised in line with OECD greening policies. Only copies of the programme will be available in the meeting room. Other documents will be made available on the website and participants can access them on their personal computers through the OECD’s free WiFi access in the room.
