This publication reviews the compliance of 30 OECD donor countries with the anti-corruption commitments they made in Accra. It was presented to decision makers at HLF4 in Busan and assesses progress in combating corruption, and in tracking and recovering illegal assets.

The DAC policy and principles on anti-corruption calls for a coordinated and evidence based approach to fighting corruption. OECD DAC has partnered up with U4 Anti-Corruption Resource Center and the International Law and Policy Institute (ILPI) to provide hands-on support and guidance to country donor teams wishing to put these principles into practice.
