Welcome to the Donor Information and Communications Technology Strategies Matrix CD-Rom.

Matrix The Matrix aims at compiling information on how bilateral and multilateral donors have mainstreamed ICT in their development assistance programmes in order to achieve development goals, particularly the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).		OECD-DAC Questionnaire The OECD-DAC Questionnaire constitutes the basis of the survey that was sent to bilateral and multilateral donors in order to collect information on their ICT for development strategies.
