Mr. Angel Gurría, Secretary-General of the OECD, in South Africa on 24-25 July 2017

 

Mr. Angel Gurría, Secretary-General of the OECD, was in South Africa on 24-25 July 2017 to present the 2017 OECD Economic Survey of South Africa. While in South Africa, he also presented the Economic Survey to the National Economic Development and Labour Council (NEDLAC). During his visit, the Secretary-General will held several bilateral meetings with high level authorities. This visit took place in the context of OECD Week in South Africa, which saw the Organisation partnering with the South African authorities and a range of other partners on a series of events covering the economy, climate, and New Approaches to Economic Challenges.
